As you know, the cost of upgrades adds up quickly and we take pride in the fact that our standard specifications include so many things that other builders charge as upgrades. To fully compare the standards specifications and the cost of upgrades when buying a house, it is important to know the brand-names and quality of: the furnace, the air conditioning unit, the roofing material, the windows, the garage doors, etc. |
