As you know, the cost of upgrades adds up quickly and we take pride in the fact that our standard specifications include so many things that other builders charge as upgrades. To fully compare the standards specifications and the cost of upgrades when buying a house, it is important to know the brand-names and quality of: the furnace, the air conditioning unit, the roofing material, the windows, the garage doors, etc.

“Bilco” door : We include it as standard. It is a basic safety measure to have an additional exit from the basement and we feel that the buyer should not be charged extra for it.

Exterior Stairs : We include exterior stairs off of the decks as standard. Some other builders charge extra for stairs. Again, it is common sense and a basic safety measure to have an exit/entrance to/from the yard.
